This unique women's conference, focused on a wife’s role in marriage, is designed to forever change the lives of women who are currently married. This conference would also be beneficial to single women who are marriage-minded or engaged. ABOUT OUR SPEAKER

Susie Walther is the founder of The Well Bible Study and Training Ministry, Inc., a discipleship-centric community and training ministry for women. She shares the Word of God passionately through her leadership, writing, Bible study teaching, mentoring of women and speaking at conferences and trainings with her no-holds-barred style, encouraging and challenging women in their walk with God. Susie believes every woman really matters, and if each woman would embrace the whole Gospel of the Kingdom of God and allow it preeminence in her life, she would become the difference that's needed in her marriage, children, church, workplace and world. Susie became a follower of Jesus while stationed in Germany with the U.S. Army in her early twenties and currently lives in Tampa, Florida. She's been married 27 years to Bob Walther and they have two adult daughters.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Who should attend this conference?
  • Married women, whether in good or rocky marriages, or divorce-minded. Engaged or marriage-minded single women may also attend. The conference content is geared towards wives; however, there are two small group tracks: one for wives and one for women who are not currently married.

  • What about smoking, vaping and drinking alcoholic beverages at this event?
  • The Well’s conferences and events are smoke, vape and alcohol free, and are prohibited for the preservation of our witness as a Christian ministry, out of respect for the various religious views of our participants, and in consideration of addictions that others attending this conference may be trying to overcome.

  • Can I bring my nursing baby, other children or husband to the conference?
  • No. This conference is designed for women only and age 18 or older only.

  • Do I have to have a roommate?
  • Yes! A single room option is NOT available for this conference. The rooms can accommodate 2-4 occupants, but the conference fee is per person, not per room. We encourage you to register after you have selected your roommate. The roommate you list MUST ALSO list you as her roommate when she registers. If you register without designating a roommate, one will be selected for you.

  • What is included in my registration fee?
  • In addition to the conference content, the registration fee covers a 2 night/3 day stay at the Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort and Spa and includes five (5) meals. Your ticket price also covers complimentary self parking, a 10% discount for spa services, and access to four (4) pools, the fitness center and tennis courts. The accommodations include in-room balcony, mini-fridge and unlimited in-room access to high-speed wired or wireless Internet service.   • What is the schedule?

  • What time do we eat on Friday?
  • The first meal covered by your conference fee is dinner on Friday. At check-in, coffee and tea will be available. The hotel has a full restaurant, coffee bar and snack/gift shop in the lobby area.

  • What airport should I fly into if I'm from out of town?
  • The closest airport is SW Florida International Airport which is 19 miles from Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort and Spa. There is no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel.

  • Can I cancel my registration for the conference?
  • Yes, but ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Is there an option not to pay for meals?
  • No. The conference is an onsite, all-inclusive weekend.

  • What should I bring to the conference?
  • We suggest comfortable clothing, a Bible, walking shoes, swimsuit, and a favorite game. If you're planning to visit a local beach, bring a beach towel and chair. Since the rooms are equipped with the amenities listed above, you are welcome to bring your own coffee, creamers and snacks, though your conference fee includes meals, drinks, and some snacks.

  • What time can I check in?
  • Conference check-in will begin at 11am Friday. Hotel check-in begins at 4pm. The hotel can store your luggage until your room is available, if needed.

  • I'm registering a group of 4. Will we be in small group together?
  • No, the small groups are determined randomly. This is intentional.

  • I’d like to come but I can’t pay all at once. What can I do?
